Soccer Extreme camp selection process. By filling out the form on this website you will put into the camp employment queue. Please note that the criteria in which you will be selected to work is as follows:

1)Full time Soccer Extreme staff.

2)Seniority based on previous SE camp employment.

3)New employees based on Curriculum Vitae.
Please make note that employment numbers are directly proportional to the number of campers registered for each week of camp. Approximately 1 coach/8 campers.

At the conclusion of filling out the camp request form please fill out the camp MEDICAL FORM. It is imperative that your doctor completes this form in order for you to be selected.
Please see list of coaches that have valid medical forms on file. If you are not on this list you must get the above form filled out. Your camp employment approval depends upon SE receiving the form ASAP.
